Introduction to MBSR

The MBSR Workshop is based on the work of Prof. Mark Williams and Danny Penman and underpinned by the work of Jon Kabat Zinn

It is an 8 weeks program that includes
Explanation of principals,
Practice during the workshop and at home,
Reflection on the practice 

It follows 3 stages:

Weeks 1 to 3, focus on attending to thoughts and feelings while getting
                           used to creating an intention of mindful attention.

Weeks 4 to 6, is about learning to be non-judgemental

Weeks 7 and 8, you are introduced to mindfulness into your everyday life
